Depending on your configuration with plugins loaded in your browser,
Acrobat files will either open in your browser or download to your hard
drive. You may open them with Acrobat Reader (if you don't have the
reader, click "Get Acrobat Reader"

the file is actually downloaded and stored on your computer so check
your settings if you cannot find the file after downloading.
